The mastermind behind Harper + Hudson Co is Ohio’s own Ashley Palm. After studying Art Therapy she then went on to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She realized early on that no matter what your skill level is, being able to express yourself artistically is a vital component to ones happiness. Throughout her career she has found outlets to help individuals with disabilities express their artistic side. She has hosted art classes, helped people connect with their community arts programs and lead a social group with art activities. These are just a few of the ways she was able to incorporate art into her life and others. Ashley left her job in case management to pursue her dream of creating custom clothing that allow’s people to find their inner artist and create something they can be proud of. The main inspiration behind the line are her two babies Harper and Hudson.
